Reduce the number of calls being transferred to busy extensions or voicemail. The real-time extension view provides receptionists or other users with information to ensure calls are forwarded to an extension where someone is available to answer them.

Using an intuitive browser interface TASKE Essential displays real-time call activity for monitored extensions. A manager can see whether an extension is idle, or being used for an inbound or outbound call. They can see the duration of the call and the number dialed, or the number of the calling party. The state colors and layout of the extensions can be defined by the user. This information presents a clear overall picture of phone events and usage.
