FeatureFlex Call Monitor
Although you are around the desk, you may not be able to come to the phone immediately when someone is calling you. If you can pick up the call after the call is forwarded to your voice mail, you may want to talk in real time.
Call Monitor allows the user to listen to a caller leaving the voice message. Then, the user can connect to the caller immediately so that they can talk in real time when necessary or let the caller leave a message so that the user can listen to it at the later time. Call Monitor application provides the user with the flexibility in answering the call.

FeatureFlex Call Return
While you are listening to your voice message, you may want to talk to the caller immediately. However, it would be cumbersome if you have to start over the voice mail access again after your call is done.
